New ODA (Official Developmental Assistance) in 2011 totalled US$541.6million.

From the ESSJ 2011: "New ODA decreased by 51.8 per cent to US$541.6million (J$46.6billion) compared with 2010 and comprised grants of US$98.6million (J$8.5billion) and loans of US$443.0million (J$38.1billion).  The reduction reflects lower demand from the government due to fiscal constraints and efforts to contain debt.  The challenges in meeting targets under the Stand-By Arrangement (SBA) with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) also contributed to the decline."
