Description
Mustard Seed Communities is a non-profit, community development organization that began in 1978 in the depressed community of Mona Common on the outskirts of the city of Kingston, Jamaica. The organization’s objective is to promote the enrichment and empowerment of the spiritually, psychologically and financially poor that live in urban communities, to assist them in leaving the cycles of frustration and hopelessness that dominate their lives.

There are three (3) regional centers in the USA with ten (10) chapters – NY; 2 in GA; 2 in MA; NE; FL; SC; NC; RI : CA
There are Three (3) centers in Nicaragua - Hogar Belen – Disabled and abandoned children, La Chureka – Christ in the Garbage Ministry, Diriamba – Disabled and abandoned children
There are five (5) centers in Zimbabwe - Cabatsha Village, Sauerstown, St. James Village, Pumula, North End. In Zimbabwe, Mustard Seed Communities runs homes for children living with HIV/AIDS. We are also involved in many other activities having to do with caring in Bulawayo.

- Jerusalem! Village – Spanish Town ( Abandoned physically and mentally disabled kids)
- Dare to Care – Spanish Town (Children living with HIV/ AIDS)
- Matthew 25:40 – Kingston (Children living with HIV/ AIDS)
- Mary’s Child – Kingston ( Homeless Pregnant Teens)
- Widow’s Mite – St. Ann ( Abandoned physically and mentally disabled kids)
- Sophie’s Place – St. Andrew ( Abandoned physically and mentally disabled kids)
- Martha’s House – Kingston (Children living with HIV/ AIDS)
- Jacob’s ladder – St. Ann – a village for 100 cottages for mentally and physically disabled children. No abandoned child in Jamaica will be without a home for a long time to come
- Blessed Assurance - Montego Bay ( Abandoned physically and mentally disabled kids)
- University of Technology Training Centre ( Abandoned physically and mentally disabled kids)
- Mary’s Child – Montego Bay ( Homeless Pregnant Teens )
