The Consumer Affairs Commission (CAC), an Agency of the Government of Jamaica is dedicated to protecting the interests of consumers. A task that it accomplishes through its: Consumer Education Programmes; Complaints Resolution Service; Corporate Services and Affiliations. The CAC disseminates information about itself, its services and other pressing issues via the print and electronic media and through the use of new and emerging technologies.
